Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tipton. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Sales Administrator on a full-time permanent basis

Reward:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 8.30am – 5pm
22 days holiday plus bank holiday, increases with length of service
Pension scheme
Job Role:
Supporting Business Development Managers and Product Managers
Responding to queries with the support of the internal sales team
Providing a high standard of customer service to new and existing clients
Raising Technical Production Sales Files and acknowledging orders received
Liaising with finance companies & customers regarding contract hire & lease purchase arrangements
Creating and issuing delivery notes and packs in readiness of despatch
Attending UK exhibitions and promotional events as required
Skills and experience:
Experience within a sales administration experience is essential
excellent communication and organisational skills
good level of IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Strong knowledge of administrative record keeping
Ability to work effectively using own initiative and part of a team
