Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an pioneering forward thinking  organisation based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Sales Executive on a full-time permanent basis, this role offers hybrid working.

This candidate will have a consultative approach to selling, with the ability to listen, adapt, and solve. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.


Reward

  • £30,000k basic salary, plus a great uncapped commission structure 

  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH flexible working environment

Job Role:

  • Proactively generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, door to door, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking

  • Conducting discovery calls and booking product demos/meetings with decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Heads of Ops)

  • Tailoring pitches and proposals

  • Working to and setting individual targets

  • Managing and closing deals through the full sales cycle

  • Staying up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge


Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies

  • Proven ability to covert sales

  • Stong relationship building skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience using CRM tools
