Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Receptionist on a full-time permanent basis

Personality

We are seeking a friendly and organised individual with a helpful attitude and an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate will be professional, approachable, and confident in handling enquiries while providing a welcoming and efficient service.


Reward

  • 20 days holiday rising to 25 days after 2 years service

Job Role:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate person

  • Assisting callers and visitors with enquiries and provide information when needed

  • Arranging internal and external telephone or video conferences

  • Make and record international calls when required

  • Welcoming visitors and direct them to the correct meeting or conference room

  • Organising and preparing conference rooms, including refreshments and required equipment

  • Coordinating with Reception to register visiting clients and arrange access cards

  • Ordering lunches and refreshments for meetings, ensuring dietary requirements are considered

  • Booking taxis and courier services and keeping records of bookings

  • Setting up video conferencing and ensuring meeting room equipment is functioning correctly

  • Handling scanning, faxing, and document assistance for staff and clients

  • Monitoring and managing items left at reception and ensuring nothing is left overnight

  • Order and managing office stationery and supplies

  • Assisting with the setup and coordination of office events

  • Maintaining stock levels for meeting rooms and event supplies

  • Organisation skills

  • Good telephone manner

  • Helpful and friendly attitude

  • Flexible attitude

  • Be able to make decisions

  • Work on own initiative
