Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Witton. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Junior Buyer on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role:
Building purchase forecasts
Placing orders with suppliers
Liaising with logistics regarding delivery slots
Dealing with internal customer special requests
Maintaining the order file
Maintaining the stock file with special emphasis on ROPs
Stock recording delivered goods
Processing supplier invoices and dealing with any queries
Updating sell out prices
Skills and experience:
Strong Administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A high degree of organisation and ability to prioritise workload
Good communication skills, professional telephone manner
Comfortable speaking to suppliers by telephone and face to face
Flexible approach, willing to learn a wide variety of tasks and roles
