Reward
Annual bonus; OTE £30K
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

Job Role:
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers
Dealing with existing and prospective customers needs to generate orders
Following up samples and quotations, converting these to sales
Ensuring accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, social media and marketing activity to increase sales
Resolving conflicts, take ownership and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Managing a dedicated Area Sales Managers diary; ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis
Using internal tools and systems, to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems are maintained and updated at all times.
Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production
Creating KPI and tracker reports as required by business
Undertaking duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls
Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for personal growth in order to promote products with greater understanding and confidence
Skills and experience:
Proven experience of working in a customer sales role
Ability to deliver excellent consultative advice to improve the customer experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skills
Problem solving with a positive and proactive attitude
Excellent attention to detail, particularly relating to data entry
