Oakley Recruitment is proud to partner with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Bromsgrove. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team, as they are currently recruiting multiple Executive IFA Administrators on a full-time, permanent basis.

Personality
This candidate will provide exceptional administrative and technical support to both Financial Advisors and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of good outcomes, ensuring clients are put first in all that we do and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with both IFA’s and their clients to drive business forward in a proactive manner.

Job Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for client queries
Providing excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships across all areas of the business
Working with advisers to ensure all clients requests are dealt with from start to finish
Holding regular 1:1 meetings with advisers to set clear workflow priorities
Managing client expectations accordingly and keep them fully informed
Liaising with providers and investment platforms to ensure that client requests are followed up and escalated when necessary
Providing technical and administrative support to allocated IFAs including pre-population of forms, money laundering, fact finds and management of incoming post
Preparing client review packs, research, illustrations, liaison with the paraplanning team as needed, preparation of new business packs and submission of new business cases for processing, coordination / oversight of payment requests
Ensuring all client data is accurate and kept up to date
Ensuring all written and verbal communication is produced with the client at the fore
Maintaining diary management system, ensuring daily workflow is completed in line with SLA’s and highlighting when not. Adviser diary management if required
Taking ownership of own development, raising training requirements with line manager
Constantly looking for ways to improve internal processes to support good client outcomes
Ensuring that all internal policies are adhered to, and actions are in line with FCA guidelines
Skills and experience:
Experience is required within a Financial Services IFA support role
Good knowledge of a variety of modern platforms
Knowledge of a variety of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection
Experienced using all Microsoft applications
Ability to use own initiative and takes ownership of any task through to completion
GCSEs in English and Maths
Ability to form positive relationships within a high-pressured environment
Have good problem-solving abilities
Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
