Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, with effective time-management skills, and confident in learning new systems quickly.
Reward
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Death in Service at 4 times annual basic salary
Pension after a 3-month probation period
Hybrid working available after 6 months’ probation
Job Role:
Making and receiving calls to schedule bookings
Accurately inputting and updating information onto internal database
Communicating clearly with customers, clients, and internal teams
Prioritising tasks and managing workload efficiently
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
Following internal processes and guidelines
Skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer service based role
Preferably someone who has previous telephone or office based experience
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Organisational and time-management skills
