Team Leader/Manager, up to £35,000 – Birmingham

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team as a Team Leader on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role

  • Supervising and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve targets

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics

  • Monitoring sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

  • Identifying new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

  • Training and onboarding new sales team members

  •  Providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

  •  Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions


Skills and experience

  • Experience in sales management or a similar role

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Leadership qualities
