Job Role
Supervising and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics
Monitoring sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Identifying new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
Training and onboarding new sales team members
Providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Skills and experience
Experience in sales management or a similar role
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Leadership qualities
