Quality Control Administrator – Mansfield - £24,000-28,000 p/a

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Mansfield as a Quality Control Administrator on a full-time permanent basis to start immediately on an ongoing temporary basis.

  • Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 5.00pm

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update quality control documentation

  • Creation and upkeep of production specification sheets

  • Creation of customer certificates of analysis and conformance

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems

  • Manage and organise quality records

  • Ensure that quality control documentation and records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits

  • Provide administrative support for quality improvement initiatives

  • Assist in the investigation of quality issues and deviations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams


Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Proficient with Office software

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
