Personal Assistant - Up to £40,000 - Birmingham

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a dynamic and progressive Birmingham-based organisation. An excellent opportunity to join an organisation who has ambitious growth plans 2024 and beyond, as a Personal Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.


Very exciting opportunity to join a progressive and ambitious team, supporting the two directors with their daily operations


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising schedules, appointments and meetings

  • Producing competent communications

  • Producing quotes and correspondence

  • Managing and dealing with multiple inboxes and diaries

  • Prioritising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Adapting to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events


Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Professional conduct and appearance

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment

  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Show a strong drive and ambition

  • Strong organisational skills are essential


Package and benefits
