Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Online Visual Merchandiser on a full-time permanent basis

Personality
You will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience by managing the presentation and arrangement of products on the company’s global e-commerce platforms. This role combines creativity with data-driven strategies to enhance product discoverability, drive conversions, and support overall brand consistency across digital channels.
If you have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, alongside a positive can-do attitude this could the role for you.
Reward
After training period, 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, 1hr lunch break

Job Role:
Supporting the E-Commerce Manager to implement engaging content strategies
Collaborating with the Product Manager
Creating bundles and related products through the website to improve useability and add to the cross sell and upsell opportunities
Managing and maintaining on-site adverts
Working on sort orders, views at category and search level to ensure that top selling brands and products are presented at the top of the webpages
Providing support to the E-Commerce team with creating, managing and developing value added content to enhance the user experience
Analysing SEO trends
Using Data to drive activity and form suggestions for improvements across our websites
Managing digital assets, including product images, banners, and other visual content, ensuring they meet quality and brand standards
Skills and experience:
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
BA/BS degree or relevant experience advantageous
At least 2 years’ experience working with Ecommerce websites
Demonstratable skills in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic editing software
Experience working with Google Analytics
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Good team player and enthusiastic
