Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business as a Junior Buyer in the procurement team on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be supporting the selection and purchase of goods and services to meet the requirements of the business
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicating to internal stakeholders on key supply matters
Working closely with vendors to progress order requirements and maintain accurate lead times
Supporting corrective action in the resolution of delivery discrepancies.
Supporting and reporting upon KPIs accessing quality and delivery performance
Skills and experience
Computer literate in IT Skills, Microsoft Office, and phone systems
Experience in an administrative role
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage a high workload, conflicting priorities, and pressure
Strong ability to deliver upon KPIs and business objectives
