Account Coordinator (Temp to Perm) - £11.44 per hour + bonus, Witton

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an organisation based in Witton. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team as a Internal Sales Account Manager on a full-time temporary to permanent basis

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing inbound orders from customers

  • Managing administrative tasks to support department and business operations

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's range, brands, products, and services

  • Upselling house brands and products to customers, while informing them of promotions

  • Proactively managing individual customer relationships to meet business and customer needs

  • Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental KPIs and individual performance goals


Skills and experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience within a similar/fast-paced role is beneficial

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Organised and self motivated individual
