Reward
£27,513 on 1st April 2024 (+ Bonus and Overtime)
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:45pm
Saturdays 9.00am – 12:00pm (overtime on a rota basis)

Duties & Responsibilities
Making inbound and outbound phone calls
Communicating with an existing customer base
Building strong relationships resulting in repeat business
Processing orders and offering promotional offers
Updating client records
Skills and experience
2 years’ experience of working within sales or tele-sales environment
Keen interest in motorcycles and motorcycle industry preffered
Experience of supporting customers in a B2B environment
Professional telephone manner
Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
Adaptable and able to think outside the box and use their initiative
Ability to work well within a team
General administrative skills
Excellent Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and keyboard skills
Strong team player
Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills
Communication and organisation
Wanting to build an understanding of the market, products and motorcycle industry
A willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge of the motorcycle industry by means of in-house and external training but also under their own initiative.
