Personality
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a very fast-paced call centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide an important service. If you have excellent customer service skills alongside excellent communication and drive to succeed, this could be the role for you!
Reward
Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a rotating shift pattern – 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm
Weekends 8am-5pm (1-2 weekends every month) based on a 5 day week
OTE of up to £29,000 (uncapped)

Job Role:
Delivering excellent customer service via Inbound call handling
Upselling and cross-selling products and services
Ensuring accurate details of calls made and received are recorded on the internal systems
Keeping your knowledge of systems/processes up to date
Skills and experience:
Proven experience within similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle and overcome objections
Excellent telephone and communication manner
Experience working towards key performance indicators (KPI)s
The ability to build a strong rapport to gain your customers' trust
The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
A high degree of self-motivation
