Executive Assistant - £55k to £60k – Central London

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Central London. Looking for an Executive Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis, this is a rolling temporary contract, which is likely to convert to a permanent contract

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative support for Managing Directors and a team of economists and strategists

  • Managing heavy scheduling, internal and external conferences and other events

  • Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails

  • Keeping track of client engagement activities of the team members

  • Relaying information and perform tasks promptly

  • Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements

  • Processing travel and entertainment expense reports

  • Handling onboarding logistics for new hires and transfers

  • Assisting in coordinating internal visitors’ logistics

  • Take on ad-hoc projects while maintaining daily work flow and general administrative support


Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication

  • Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels

  • Demonstrating dependability and a sense of urgency to drive results

  • Excellent problem-solving and follow-up capabilities

  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
