Executive Assistant - £24 per hour - Central London

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Central London who are recruiting an Executive Assistant on a 12 Month contract

Reward

Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will be supporting senior executives up to the MD level and managing complex calendars in a busy and dynamic environment.

  • Proactive diary management for busy client facing team 

  • Arranging and booking travel and accommodation

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Processing expenses and invoices

  • Arranging internal and client meetings on and off site

  • Adhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvals

  • Completing general team administrative tasks

  • Maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and providing necessary support to the team

  • Supporting client event organisation

  • Prepare travel and expense statements for stakeholders and act as the main contact for expense questions

  • Coordination of internal and external meetings

  • Supporting stakeholder diary management

  • Assisting with various marketing and client engagement initiatives


Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role 

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure, remain professional when busy and manage workload effectively

  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
