Reward

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be supporting senior executives up to the MD level and managing complex calendars in a busy and dynamic environment.
Proactive diary management for busy client facing team
Arranging and booking travel and accommodation
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Processing expenses and invoices
Arranging internal and client meetings on and off site
Adhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvals
Completing general team administrative tasks
Maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and providing necessary support to the team
Supporting client event organisation
Prepare travel and expense statements for stakeholders and act as the main contact for expense questions
Coordination of internal and external meetings
Supporting stakeholder diary management
Assisting with various marketing and client engagement initiatives
Skills and experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure, remain professional when busy and manage workload effectively
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
