Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team as a Collections Customer Service Executive.
You will be collecting primarily overdue lease hire contracts, but also Hire Purchase agreements, both consumer and business-to-business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Telephoning customers who are in arrears with a view to making a one-call resolution
Taking payments over the telephone
Dealing with inbound calls regarding overdue accounts
Dealing with inbound general customer service queries regarding existing agreements
Issuing copy invoices, statements and any other paperwork as and where applicable
Skills and experience
An Excellent telephone manner is required.
Degree level educated
Good team player
Able to work well under pressure
Knowledge of the appropriate legislative and FCA requirements required by the role
Previous debt collection experience
Confident, polite, articulate and well presented
Package and benefits
37.5 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm
£150 per month bonus
