Duties Include but are not limited to
Processing a high volume of orders
Managing jobs end to end
Building excellent relationships with clients
Updating client database ensuring excellent accuracy
Dealing with client emails and responding promptly
Processing and raising invoices
Responsible for processing and managing paperwork
Raising supplier purchase orders
Dealing with and raising damage charges
Skills and experience
Experience of working within an Administration role
Ability to work in a fast passed environment and multi-task
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good administration skills and attention to detail as will be entering extensive notes onto the system
Excellent time management skills, planning and organisation skills
