Administrator - £24,770 – Coleshill

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Administrator in the procurement team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicating to internal stakeholders on key supply matters

  • Working closely with vendors to progress order requirements and maintain accurate lead times

  • Supporting corrective action in the resolution of delivery discrepancies.

  • Supporting and reporting upon KPIs accessing quality and delivery performance

  • Evaluating historical data to support inventory replenishment options and make recommendations to achieve optimum serviceability


Skills and experience

  • Computer literate in IT Skills, Microsoft Office, and phone systems

  • Experience in an administrative role

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage a high workload, conflicting priorities, and pressure

  • Strong ability to deliver upon KPIs and business objectives
