Administrator – £16.92 per hour – immediate start

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Administrator on initially a temporary basis for 2 Months

Reward

  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm – 37.5 hours a week

Job Role:

  • Assisting in obtaining contracts from the internal legal team

  • Reviewing key terms, and ensuring all contract details are accurate and consistent with company standards

  • Verifying information against internal databases

  • Ensuring data integrity throughout the contract management process

 

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in administrative role advantageous

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skill

  • Resilient and flexible to change

  • Ability to manage high workload and pressure

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to team and customers

  • Continuous improvement mentality
