Job Role:
Coordinating and executing production orders and operational tasks using SAP
Verifying stock availability
Ensuring stock is transferred from warehouse locations to production or assembly lines efficiently
Utilising SAP to perform stock movements, reservations, and inventory checks
Creating and maintaining accurate documentation within SAP
Performing regular stock checks, reconciliations, and cycle counts
Monitoring critical inventory levels, alerting procurement and planning teams
Working closely with production planners, warehouse staff, and procurement teams
Coordinating with procurement to expedite material orders when necessary
Communicating with production teams to prioritize material staging based on production schedules
Skills and experience:
Experience with SAP or a related ERP system for material management and inventory control
Experience in manufacturing or production environments is highly preferred
Basic understanding of production scheduling and demand planning processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing material issues
