Duties & Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the team
Typing and preparing quotations
Making outbound calls to follow quotations
Answering inbound calls
Accurately and efficiently inputting data
Organising and maintaining files
Utilising in-house online systems
Liaising with suppliers
Taking deliveries
Signing off purchase orders
Skills and experience
Entry level role no experience required
Ability to work to your own initiative and in a team
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
