Administration Support – Coleshill - £18,000 £20,000

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a SME located in Coleshill, who are hiring an Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

The MD values his team and celebrates their commitment with two annual away days with full expenses paid.

Personality

A confident, friendly individual with a sense of humour and someone who can build relationships with all walks of life. The ability to adapt  your style to suit the client’s needs. Someone who doesn’t take offence and learns and values feedback. This role is an entry level role and no experience is required.

Reward

  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the team

  • Typing and preparing quotations

  • Making outbound calls to follow quotations

  • Answering inbound calls

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting data

  • Organising and maintaining files

  • Utilising in-house online systems

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Taking deliveries

  • Signing off purchase orders

Skills and experience

  • Entry level role no experience required

  • Ability to work to your own initiative and in a team

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
